ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЕ ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ СМП КАК ГЛАВНОГО ТРАНСАРКТИЧЕСКОГО МАРШРУТА СБЫТА СПГ В СТРАНЫ АТР И ЕС

The purpose of the study is to conduct an analytical review and identify the economic advantages of using the Northern Sea Route (NSR) as the main corridor connecting Northern Europe and Asia for the transportation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the countries of Europe and Asia in comparison with pipeline transport. The objectives of this work are to substantiate the economic feasibility of developing projects for the liquefaction of natural gas as an alternative fuel in the Arctic region, to study the pricing policy of Russia in the period from 2019 to 2021, and to identify the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the cost of LNG supplies in two main trajectories, to study the economic advantages of using LNG over pipeline transport to the countries of the Asia-Pacific and Europe.Целью данной работы является проведение аналитического обзора и выявление экономического преимущества использования Северного морского пути (СМП) как главного коридора, соединяющего Северную Европу и Азию, для транспортировки сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) в страны Европы и Азии по сравнению с трубопроводным транспортом. Задачами данной работы являются обоснование экономической целесообразности развития проектов по сжижению природного газа, как альтернативного топлива, в арктическом регионе, изучение ценовой политики России в периоды с 2019 по 2021 годы и выявления влияния пандемии COVID-19 на стоимость поставок СПГ по двум главным направлениям, исследование экономического преимущества использования СПГ перед трубопроводным транспортом в страны Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона (АТР) и Европы
