Dyspareunia as part of a sexual disorders complex associated with endometriosis is a serious problem of modern healthcare. Sexual health of women of reproductive age is increasingly deteriorating due to infiltrative forms of endometriosis, triggering a pathological vicious cycle. The frequency of depression and anxiety is increased in patients experiencing dyspareunia, which causes a sharp decline in the quality of life.
