РАЗВИТИЕ ВЗАИМООТНОШЕНИЙ КОРОЛЕВСТВА САУДОВСКАЯ АРАВИЯ И РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ В ПЕРИОД С 2011 ПО 2019 ГОДЫ

The development of relations between the Saudi Arabia and the Russian Federation after the events of the Arab Spring is considered. Four key features of the energy dialogue between Russia and Saudi Arabia have been revealed. It is concluded that the Russian-Saudi ties have not become strategic, they are far from being sustainable and multilateral. However, the movement of the two countries towards each other may contribute to the emergence of preconditions for the formation of strategic relations.Рассмотрено развитие взаимоотношений между Саудовской Аравией и Российской Федерацией после событий арабской весны. Выявлены четыре ключевые особенности энергетического диалога России и Саудовской Аравии. Сделан вывод, что Российско-саудовские связи не стали стратегическими, они далеки и от того, чтобы быть устойчивыми и многосторонними. Однако движение двух стран навстречу друг другу может способствовать возникновению предпосылок для становления стратегических отношений
