Objective: To improve clinical management of medical care to the patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Design: A Retrospective Observational Study. Setting: Scientific Clinical Center of Russian Railways Company, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) University, Moscow, Russia. Method: The study was conducted from 1 October 2015 – to 30 September 2019. Object of study – Five hundred sixteen patients with coronary artery disease and atherosclerosis of arteries of various localization were included in the study. The medical care algorithm consisted of endovascular and hybrid surgical treatment of common atherosclerosis of the arteries and long-term follow-up dynamic multidisciplinary monitoring of patients.
