МЕЖЭТНИЧЕСКИЕ ОТНОШЕНИЯ КАК ФАКТОР НЕЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИХ ИНСТИТУТОВ И НЕСТАБИЛЬНОСТИ СТРАН ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОЙ АФРИКИ

The article discusses interethnic relations and their impact on political institutions and the stability of the countries of central Africa. The author argues that in the last decade, relations among the peoples of the countries of Central Africa have worsened, to more conflictual relations due to historical, social, political, cultural, psychological and situational reasons. Despite the policies of the Central African states government at the national level and the large role of various civil societies in strengthening and consolidating national unity and the intervention of international and regional communities and organizations.В статье рассматриваются межэтнические отношения и их влияние на политические институты и стабильность стран Центральной Африки. Автор доказывает, что в течение последних десятилетий отношения среди народов стран Центральной Африки ухудшаются в силу исторических, социальных, политических, культурных, психологических и ряда других причин, несмотря на политику правительств государств Центральной Африки, активное участие в этом процессе гражданских обществ по укреплению и консолидации национального единства, а так же международных и региональных организаций
