НЕКОТОРЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ ТРУДОВЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ В КИТАЕ

The article discusses about legal regulation of labor relations in China, in particular, analyzes the provisions of Law of the People's Republic of China "On Labor" on the general provisions of the Chinese labor law, on the rights and obligations of workers and employers, including the procedure for regulating a special category of the population - pregnant women. Also, as part of the work, the general provisions on the employment contract, on the period of validity and its terms of invalidity are considered. In addition, the problem of the principle of freedom of the employment contract is outlined.В статье рассматриваются особенности правового регулирования трудовых отношений в Китае, в частности, анализируются положения Закона КНР «О труде» об общих положениях трудового законодательства Китая, о правах и обязанностях работников и работодателей, в том числе порядок регулирования особой категории населения - беременных женщин. Также в рамках работы рассматриваются общие положения о трудовом договоре, о сроке действия и его условиях недействительности. Кроме того, обозначена проблема действия принципа свободы трудового договора
