In the conditions of modern reality, a person is almost constantly under the influence of significant psychoemotional loads. Social contradictions, conflicts, production problems-all this is commonly called stress. Stress is constantly present and accompanies a person all his life. Given that most of the time the adult working-age population spends in the workplace, it is important to identify the main stress factors and try to correct them. The purpose of this paper is to consider the impact of the corporate culture of the organization on the level of employee stress.В условиях современной действительности человек практически постоянно находится под воздействием значительных психоэмоциональных нагрузок. Социальные противоречия, конфликты, производственные проблемы - все это принято называть стрессом. Стресс присутствует постоянно и сопровождает человека всю жизнь.
