Сравнительный анализ экономических показателей крупнейших производителей смартфонов Apple и Samsung

The article provides a comparative economic analysis of the largest manufacturers of smartphones Apple and Samsung. A general description of these corporations is given, their market segments and smartphone market shares are determined. A comparative analysis of the most important results of the company’s activities: revenue from sales, net profit and sales of smartphones, a net profitability of company sales. It was revealed that Apple is more profitable, although Samsung is the leader in sales in the smartphone market. Apple’s net sales margin is also higher than that of Samsung. Possible reasons for this are identified. Recommendations are offered to increase the efficiency of commercial activities for both companies and expand their sales markets.В статье проведен сравнительный экономический анализ крупнейших производителей смартфонов Apple и Samsung. Дана общая характеристика данных корпораций, определены их рыночные сегменты и доли на рынке смартфонов. Проведен сравнительный анализ важнейших результатов деятельности компаний: выручки от продаж, чистой прибыли и объема продаж смартфонов, рассчитана чистая рентабельность продаж компаний. Выявлено, что компания Apple является более прибыльной, хотя лидером продаж на рынке смартфонов является Samsung. Также чистая рентабельность продаж у компании Apple выше, чем у компании Samsung. Выявлены возможные причины этого. Предложены рекомендации для повышения эффективности коммерческой деятельности для обеих компаний и расширения их рынков сбыта
