Гнездная алопеция как клиническое проявление аутоиммунного воспаления на фоне дефицита витамина D

Vitamin D (D-hormone) deficiency is a new noncommunicable pandemic of the 21st century. The article presents new data on the role of vitamin D as one of the regulators of immune responses in the mechanism of development of autoimmune diseases. Using one of the autoimmune pathologies as alopecia areata (HA), an analysis was made of the relationship between the immune and hormonal regulation of the hair follicle and the role of vitamin D in the pathogenesis of this autoimmune disease. The appearance of any autoimmune disease, including GA, can be conditionally considered as one of the symptoms of a long-existing vitamin D deficiency. Normalization of vitamin D levels and hormonal levels can be considered as a pathogenetic approach to the treatment of GA and the prevention of other autoimmune pathologies.Дефицит витамина D (D-гормона) является новой неинфекционной пандемией XXI в. В статье представлены новые данные о роли витамина D как одного из регуляторов иммунных реакций в механизме развития аутоиммунных заболеваний. На примере одной из аутоиммунных патологий - гнездной алопеции (ГА) был проведен анализ взаимосвязи иммунной и гормональной регуляции волосяного фолликула и роли витамина D в патогенезе этого аутоиммунного заболевания. Появление любого аутоиммунного заболевания, включая ГА, можно условно рассматривать как один из симптомов длительно существующего дефицита витамина D. Нормализация уровня витамина D и гормонального фона может рассматриваться как патогенетический подход к лечению ГА и профилактики других аутоиммунных патологий
