ЗАПАДНАЯ АФРИКА: ЭТНОС КАК ВАЖНЕЙШИЙ ФАКТОР, ОПРЕДЕЛЯЮЩИЙ СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЕ РАЗВИТИЕ

The article is devoted to ethnos as a factor that has a great influence on the political and socio-economic processes in West Africa. Ethnos affects the political system with a high level of conflict, which ultimately affects social and economic stability. And when socio-economic stability is affected, discontent among citizens begins to appear, forming the ground for destructive conflicts. In addition to analyzing the phenomenon of ethnos as a factor affecting socio-economic development in West Africa, the article offers a variant of building an effective system in which the diversity of ethnic groups should not in any case be a reason for the appearance of conflicts, but an advantage for the socio-economic development of the region's countries.Статья посвящена изучению этноса как фактора, оказывающего большое влияние на политические и социально-экономические процессы в Западной Африке. Этнополитическая нестабильность влияет на политическую систему, повышая уровень конфликтности, что в конечном итоге порождает социально-экономическую нестабильность. В статье предлагается вариант построения эффективной системы, в которой этническое разнообразие не должно служить поводом для возникновения конфликтов, а выступать преимуществом для социально-экономического развития стран региона
