Инструменты повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий ОПК на внешних рынках

This scientific article is devoted to the study of the main tools and methods with the help of which one can increase the level of competitiveness of the Russian defense industry enterprises in foreign markets. The relevance of the study is due to the deterioration of environmental conditions because of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, which is why the degree of competitiveness of defense industry enterprises begins to decline. The article considers the specific features of the activities of defense industry enterprises. The theoretical aspects of the concept of "competitiveness management" are described. Recommendations on improving the competitiveness of enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Russia are proposed to ensure sustainable development of activities in foreign markets.Данная научная статья посвящена исследованию основных инструментов и способов, при помощи которых можно увеличить уровень конкурентоспособности предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса России на зарубежных рынках. Актуальность исследования обусловлена ухудшением условий внешней среды в связи с распространением пандемии коронавируса, из-за чего степень конкурентоспособности предприятий ОПК начинает снижаться. В рамках статьи рассмотрены специфические особенности деятельности предприятий ОПК. Описаны теоретические аспекты понятия «управление конкурентоспособностью». Предложены рекомендации по повышению уровня конкурентоспособности предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса России для обеспечения устойчивого развития деятельности на зарубежных рынках
