The aim of the research is to develop a strategy for an innovative enterprise, the activity of which is aimed at creating effective innovations. The objective determines the method for the formation of the consumer experience cycle at the stage of creating new goods and services in accordance with the innovative activities of the company. The main hypothesis is the assumption that interaction with the consumer of innovations contributes to the extension of their life cycle.
