СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ПОДХОД К ПОДГОТОВКЕ ВОЛЕЙБОЛИСТОВ В ВУЗЕ

The article deals with the modern approach to solving problems related to the quality training of volleyball students. To increase the level of physical activity of students, the formation of their necessary motivation for regular and active physical culture and sports activities and healthy lifestyles, improve their technical skills classes were held volleyball students and football students together. The main prospect of the study is the study and improvement of most components of the intensification of training of volleyball players at the University, as well as the integration of these components into an effective system of training process.В статье рассматривается современный подход к решению проблем, связанных с качественной подготовкой студентов - волейболистов. Для повышения уровня двигательной активности студентов, формирования у них необходимых мотиваций к регулярной и активной физкультурно-спортивной деятельности и ведения здорового образа жизни, повышения их технического мастерства проводились занятия студентов - волейболистов и студентов - футболистов совместно. Главной перспективой исследования является изучение и совершенствование большинства составляющих интенсификации подготовки волейболистов в вузе, а также объединение данных компонентов в действенную систему учебно-тренировочного процесса
