Об управлении государственным долгом в ЕС

The paper analyse the management of budget deficit and public debt in countries of Western Europe during 2008-2015. We study dynamics of the public expenditures of the leading economies and the balance of state bodies of the European Union. Also the factors interfering decrease of the national debt in EU countries are lit. The issue consider the countries reduced the debt during the specified period. The concept of the budgetary consolidation is specified and the main instruments of improvement of the sphere of public finances are analyzed.В статье анализируется управление бюджетным дефицитом и государственным долгом в странах Западной Европы в период с 2008 по 2015 г. Изучаются динамика государственных расходов ведущих экономик и сальдо органов государственного управления Европейского Союза. Освещаются факторы, препятствующие снижению госдолга в странах ЕС. Рассматриваются страны, сумевшие сократить свой долг в течение обозначенного периода. Уточняется понятие бюджетной консолидации и анализируются основные инструменты оздоровления сферы государственных финансов
