Endometriosis is one of the most important problems of modern gynecology. An increase in the frequency of infertility associated with endometriosis in the structure of gynecological morbidity makes this problem quite relevant at present. The link between excess synthesis of prolactin in endometriosis - associated infertility has not yet been determined. Anovulation or defective luteal phase is often caused by hyperprolactinemia in women with infertility.
