КАНДИДОЗ ЖЕЛУДОЧНО-КИШЕЧНОГО ТРАКТА СВИНЕЙ

The study was conducted to determine the digestive tract of pigs, in which the detection of Candida prevails, identifying their species. The frequency of manifestations in the departments of the diagnosed candidiasis of the gastrointestinal tract of pigs was studied, epidemiology, pathogenesis, risk factors, classification, clinical manifestations of the disease, diagnostic methods and the most common Candida species in pig breeding were considered. For the period 2018 - May 2019. At the station for the fight against animal diseases of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, pig carcasses with signs of a fungal disease of the gastrointestinal tract were examined. Microbiological monitoring allowed to establish that cases of diagnosing candidiasis in different parts of the digestive tract of pigs were recorded in the oral cavity (28%), in the thin (49%), in the large intestine (23%). The species C. albicans prevailed (81%). The specialists made the decision: since candidiasis does not fall into the category of especially dangerous infections and there are no legislative standards for the distribution of such carcasses, meat should be treated as in cases with aspergillosis: all internal organs were disposed of and half-carcass meat was sent for sale.Исследование проведено с целью определения отделов ЖКТ свиней, в которых превалирует обнаружение кандид, выявления их видовой принадлежности. Изучена частота проявлений по отделам диагностированного кандидоза желудочно-кишечного тракта свиней, рассмотрены эпидемиология, патогенез, факторы риска, классификация, клинические проявления заболевания, методы диагностики и наиболее встречающиеся виды рода Candida в свиноводстве. За период 2018 - май 2019 гг. на станции по борьбе с болезнями животных Северного административного округа г. Москвы были исследованы туши свиней с признаками грибкового заболевания ЖКТ. Микробиологический мониторинг позволил установить, что случаи диагностирования кандидоза разных отделов пищеварительного тракта свиней были зафиксированы в ротовой полости (28%), в тонком (49%), в толстом отделах кишечника (23%). Преобладал вид С.albicans (81%). Специалистами было принято решение: поскольку кандидоз не относится к категории особо опасных инфекций и законодательных нормативов по распределению таких туш нет, то с мясом следует поступить, как в случаях с аспергиллёзом: все внутренние органы утилизировали, а мясо в виде полутуши отправлено на реализацию
