СВОТ-анализ СЭЗ в странах Персидского Залива и опыт для России

The article analyzes the socio - economic development of free economic zones (FEZ) in the Gulf countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE) United in the integration block of the cooperation Council of the Arab States of the Persian Gulf-GCC. FEZs remain an important factor in increasing the economic efficiency of the national economies of the countries under consideration, and, in the author's opinion, a catalyst for the diversification of their national economies. FEZs in the Gulf countries have both strengths and weaknesses, despite their certain success. The author also notes the positive consequences of the development of FEZs in the region to increase the innovation component of each country. The author shows the importance of the experience of the GCC countries in the formation of FEZ in their economies and the possibility of its application - after appropriate adaptation - in the national economies of other countries, including the Russian Federation.В статье анализируется социально-экономическое развитие свободных экономических зон (СЭЗ) в странах Персидского залива (Бахрейн, Катар, Кувейт, Оман, Саудовская Аравия, ОАЭ), объединенных в интеграционный блок «Совет сотрудничества арабских государств Персидского залива» - ССАГПЗ. СЭЗ остаются одним из важных факторов повышения экономической эффективности национальных экономик рассматриваемых стран, и, по мнению автора, катализатором диверсификации их национальных экономик. СЭЗ в странах Персидского залива имеют как сильные, так и слабые стороны, несмотря на их определенный успех. Автор отмечает и наличие положительных последствий развития СЭЗ в регионе для повышения инновационной составляющей каждой страны. Автором показана важность опыта стран ССАГПЗ в формировании СЭЗ в своих экономиках и возможность его применения - после соответствующей адаптации - в национальных экономиках других стран, в том числе - Российской Федерации
