Introduction. Contemporary lecturers should be able to teach a lot of students with different abilities, needs, interests, cultures, backgrounds, approaches to learning, stresses, sometimes with the lack of motivation, self-confidence, persistence, limited perceptional abilities and uncertainty of their future life.
