This article concerns solvability conditions for differential inclusions in implicit form and for control systems with mixed constraints, whose dynamics are given by controlled ordinary differential equations. Sufficient conditions for local solvability of these problems based on the covering property are obtained under weak assumptions on the data of the systems. © 2014 EUCA
