Structural and conducting properties of (La0.5 Li0.5)[Ti1-x(Al0.5 Nb0.5)x]O3, (x=0.1-1, Δx=0.1) solid solutions with the perovskite structure were studied. A decrease in the volume of the tetragonal unit cell with increasing x was detected in the range x=0.1-0.5. A decrease in the sample conductivity with increasing x at x ≤ 0.5 was established due to crystal lattice compression increased by the presence of impurity phases at x=0.6-0.9. © 2006 by Allerton Press, Inc
