[eng] Soil microbial composition is proving to be a factor to be taken into account in agriculture. Even more so in crops such as vineyards, where the "terroir" is influenced by the microbiota and is responsible for the organoleptic properties of the wine. To optimize crop production, it is necessary to carry out certain agricultural techniques that can modify the soil microbiota, but which are the most effective? To find out, this study has been carried out in a vineyard in Binissalem, Mallorca. We will use two techniques: the establishment of a cover crop with legumes in the lanes and the inoculation of the vines with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and compare them with the conventional techniques used by the vine grower. After applying the treatments, we will analyze the soil microbial communities using data obtained from DNA amplification of the 16S and ITS segments to analyze bacteria and fungi, respectively. In addition, we will record the physicochemical characteristics of the soil for each sampling point. In this way, we will compare the composition of the microbiome with the soil characteristics taking into account the treatments applied to each sample. Finally, we conclude that the treatments were not statistically significant, while the soil characteristics did exert a significant influence on the microbiome. With these results we can conclude that in a vineyard, agricultural techniques should focus on improving soil characteristics and thus improve the microbiota.[spa] La composición microbiana del suelo está demostrando ser un factor a tener en cuenta en la agricultura. Más aún en cultivos como los viñedos, donde el "terroir" está influenciado por la microbiota y es responsable de las propiedades organolépticas del vino. Para optimizar la producción de los cultivos, es necesario llevar a cabo ciertas técnicas agrícolas que pueden modificar la microbiota del suelo, pero ¿cuáles son las más eficaces? Para averiguarlo, se ha realizado este estudio en un viñedo de Binissalem, Mallorca. Utilizaremos dos técnicas: el establecimiento de un cultivo de cobertura con leguminosas en las calles y la inoculación de las viñas con hongos micorrícicos arbusculares y las compararemos con las técnicas convencionales utilizadas por el viticultor. Después de aplicar los tratamientos, analizaremos las comunidades microbianas del suelo utilizando los datos obtenidos por amplificación de ADN de los segmentos 16S e ITS para analizar las bacterias y los hongos, respectivamente. Además, registramos las características fisicoquímicas del suelo para cada punto de muestreo. De este modo, compararemos la composición del microbioma con las características del suelo teniendo en cuenta los tratamientos aplicados a cada muestra. Finalmente, concluimos que los tratamientos no tuvieron efectos significativos, mientras que las características del suelo sí ejercieron una influencia significativa sobre el microbioma. Con estos resultados podemos concluir qué en un viñedo, las técnicas agrícolas deberían centrarse en mejorar las características del suelo y así mejorar la microbiota
