Interferograms of flow streams obtained by the method of holographic interferometry permit quantitatively evaluating distribution of velocity field in the boundary layer. The method is advantageous over the known techniques of visualization by introduction of different additions and is restricted only by the demand to observe geometry of the recording and restoration of the hologram as well as by necessity to use high-coherent radiation sources
