The research dealt with the study of the internal work environment and its impact on administrative creativity. The research problem was that administrative creativity is one of the modern processes and strategies that contribute to the success of contemporary organizations, but the organizations in general and the Sudanese in particular do not give the work environment sufficient attention and focus on work without the environment in which the workers work, which affected the administrative creativity. The aim of the research is to know the internal work environment and its impact on administrative creativity, and to know the impact of the organizational structure on administrative creativity, and to show the impact of the organization's culture on administrative creativity. The hypotheses of the research are that there is a statistically significant relationship between the organizational structure and administrative creativity, as well as there is a statistically significant relationship between the culture of the organization and administrative creativity, and there is also a statistically significant relationship between leadership style and administrative creativity. The research followed the descriptive analytical method to suit the nature of the research. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The organizational structure of the university is characterized by simplicity, flexibility, and clarity of its organizational levels. The university also has a message that distinguishes it from other universities, and the university administration also shows flexibility in dealing with workers. The research came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the continuation of the university to follow an organizational structure characterized by flexibility, simplicity and clarity of its organizational levels, as well as the continuation of the university to follow an organizational structure compatible with its capabilities, and also maintaining the message that distinguishes the university from other universities
