أثر التنظيم الإداري على تطوير الأداء دراسة حالة: رئاسة البنك السوداني الفرنسي الخرطوم، في الفترة من 2018-2020

The research deals with the issue of administrative organization and its impact on performance development. The research problem was represented in the failure of the efforts of many business organizations to develop and improve performance, due to the rigidity of the administrative organization and its failure to keep pace with changes that affect plans and objectives, as well as poor coordination between departments and sections. The aim to the research is to highlight the role of administrative organization in developing the performance of business organizations. The research applied the descriptive analytical this key question to what extent can the administrative organization method, the deductive method, and the historical method. The research reached several conclusions, including distributing tasks to employees according to specializations leads to the development of performance. The research recommended a set of recommendations, including: the need of use expert houses to design the structure and components to the administrative organization. That the bank`s management be keen on attracting competencies and skills to contribute to improving and developing performance
