Antibiotic resistance is very crucial research. Several people are getting sick and not surviving from infections because antibiotics are not killing the bacteria like they used to. It is proven that there are antibiotics in soil bacteria that are killing infections that are said to be resistant. I used a method of plating serial dilutions to grow the bacteria from the collected soil samples. Then I challenged the bacteria against the ESKAPE pathogens to find candidates to do further research on.
