Add to ORKGThe University of New Orleans Transportation Institute assisted the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to develop the State Rail Plan for the purpose of guiding the state\u2019s freight and passenger rail transportation planning activities and project development plans over the next 20 years. This plan describes the state\u2019s existing rail network and rail-related economic and socio-economic impacts.
