The procedures outlined in this report are based on and follow the Idaho Code 49-1004A (1), which states, \u201cthe authority having jurisdiction may designate routes ... for vehicles not exceeding ... 129,000-pounds, utilizing criteria established by the board based upon road and bridge structural integrity and engineering standards.\u201d All the results of the report are presented under four main categories: offtracking, bridges and culverts, pavement and gravel roads, and crash analysis. All procedures presented herein must be satisfied before the route request is approved.140
