Finding a CFME device that uses the same tires at the LWFT was of great interest in hopes that this would assist in the translation of the device to the LWFT. A Literature Review was conducted. A test plan was developed and executed that evaluated three separate tasks. They were; contact patch study, force plate assessment, and dynamic testing of the CFME device and LWFT. This report documents findings of the literature review, and controlled environment testing of the selected device, with the goal to evaluate its fit for use for ODOT\u2019s application.143
