Vaccination sentiment is a critical issue that must be addressed as it affects the outcome of vaccination acceptance in the community. Since most research is focused on the west, more information on non -western sentiments about vaccination is needed. Hence, the purpose of this research was to examine the social media platforms used by pro-vaccine and anti-vaccine, the main arguments and themes of the conversation, and the individual characteristics behind these arguments, with particular emphasis on Computer Mediated Communication Discourse Analysis.
