Left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (LVOTO) is common in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), but relationships between anatomical metrics and obstruction are poorly understood. We aimed to develop machine learning methods to evaluate LVOTO in HCM patients and quantify relationships between anatomical metrics and obstruction.
