The objective of the study is to analyze Magazine Luiza's indicator processes of Digital Transformation and its consequences, especially with regard to the company's financials. To this end, the main aspects of the company's Digital Transformation were analyzed through exploratory research based on document analysis. As a result, evidence was identified that relates Magazine Luiza's digital transformation process with financial and operating results, such as, for example, accelerated growth of e- commerce, significant increase in the share of e-commerce in total sales, change in role physical stores and EBITDA evolution.
