La etnobotánica estudia la relación del ser humano con las plantas, esta disciplina permite reconocer el conocimiento tradicional de las comunidades,en este trabajo se desarrolló un análisis de las plantas medicinales del Valle de Sibundoy registradas en los estudios etnobotánicos desarrollados en la región desde el conocimiento tradicional de las comunidades indígenas Camentsá e Inga.
