Ergonomic Risk Assment from Repetitive Movements and Forced Positions and Correlation with Pain in Workers of the Packing Area of factories of Association Agro-Industrials of Bocadillo Veleño Guajava

Objetivo. Los trastornos musculo-esqueléticos son problemas de salud a nivel mundial, en la industria manufacturera los riesgos por movimientos repetitivos y posturas forzadas son comunes, el objetivo de este estudio es evaluar estos riesgos ergonómicos en personal del área de empaque de bocadillo en hoja de bijao de las empresas de la Asociación GUJAVA de las provicias de Vélez y Ricaurte y confirmar la correlación con el dolor en el trabajo. Materiales y métodos. Estudio cuali-cuantitativo, se evalúan 25 empacadores en hoja de biao con métodos RULA y síntomas de dolor con un Cuestionario Nórdico, los resultados se recolectaron en una base de datos, se estableció correlación a través de tablas de contingencia su estadístico Chi Cuadrado con confiabilidad del 90 %. Resultados. Todos los trabajadores se encuentran expuestos a riesgo ergonómico por movimientos repetitivos y posturas forzadas de acuerdo a los resultados del método RULA pues el 24% de la población (6 personas) realiza posturas con nivel de riesgo 7, con nivel de riesgo 6 el 68% de la población (17 personas) mientras que solo el 4% (1 persona) presenta posturas con nivel de riesgo 5 y nivel de riesgo 4 lo presenta el 4% restante (1 persona). El 76% (19) de los operarios presenta dolor en alguna zona del cuerpo, entre ellos predomina el dolor en la mano/muñeca y los pies, el 74% indicó sentir dolor en estas zonas, seguido del dolor en el cuello con el 68%, el 53% siente dolor en la espalda superior y el 37% siente dolor en la espalda inferior, solo el 5% indicó sentir dolor en el hombro y las rodillas. Se encontró asociación entre nivel de riesgo RULA Conclusiones. Se concluye existe correlación en tareas con riesgos de movimientos repetitivos y posturas forzadas que causan dolor musculo-esquelético en espalda superior, cuello, tobillo/pie, y mano/muñeca se realizó recomendaciones para reducir los niveles de riesgo y prevenir trastornos musculo-esqueléticos.Objective Musculoskeletal disorders are health problems worldwide, in the manufacturing industry the risks of repetitive movements and awkward postures are common, the objective of this study is to evaluate these ergonomic risks in personnel in the packing area of bocadillo factories of GUJAVA Association of the provinces of Vélez and Ricaurte and the correlation with pain at work.
