Self-determination theory: analysis from the formative sport and its organizations

Esta investigación aplicada en un nivel de profundización descriptivo, con datos mixtos, con un grado de manipulación de las variables cuasi experimental y con un tipo de inferencia hipotético-deductivo pretende indagar aspectos relevantes de la Teoría de la Autodeterminación (TAD), frente a la gestión del subsistema psicosocial en organizaciones de deporte formativo.This research applied at a descriptive level of deepening, with mixed data, with a degree of manipulation of quasi-experimental variables and with a type of hypothetical-deductive inference aims to investigate relevant aspects of the Self-Determination Theory (SDT), versus the management of the psychosocial subsystem in educational sports organizations
