Arthropods associated with two sections of blechnum L. 1753 (Blechnaceae: Pteridophyta) treelike pteridophyte found in the Matarredonda Ecological Park Cundinamarca

Los artrópodos interaccionan con las plantas de formas variadas. Sin embargo, los estudios sobre artrópodos asociados a especies vegetales son escasos, especialmente en ecosistemas alto andinos. La presente investigación tuvo como objeto establecer la asociación entre la artropofauna y cuatro subsecciones de Blechnum arborescente presente en bosque alto andino del Parque Ecológico Matarredonda - Cundinamarca, empleando seis métodos de colecta entre los meses noviembre - diciembre 2015 y enero-febrero del 2016. Se colectaron 3292 individuos, distribuidos en 182 taxas. Además, se propone una nueva especie para la familia Ochyroceratidae. Posteriormente, se analizó la riqueza, abundancia relativa, densidades poblacionales, índice de diversidad de Shanon (H’), equitatividad de Pielou (J’), dominancia de Simpson (D), estableciendo que las clases más abundantes correspondieron a Insecta (1768), Arachnida (749) y Collembola (658), donde los taxones dominantes fueron Phoridae, Entomobrydae_morfo1 e Hypogastruridae_morfo1. Además, los estimadores chao1 y chao2 indican que la efectividad de muestreo fue alta (84.17% y 82.02%, respectivamente). En Cuanto a la dominancia, ésta fue baja (0.033) la diversidad alta (4.16) y la equitatividad alta (0.80), indicando que el pteridofito contiene múltiples microhábitats disponibles para los artrópodos. El Análisis de Componentes Principales (ACP) mostró una variación del 100% en los dos componentes arrojados, indicando que existe una asociación entre los individuos y el pteridofito. Asimismo, el Análisis de Correspondencia Múltiple (ACM) demostró la posible especificidad de taxones a determinada estructura de la planta, algunos casos de asociación exclusiva corresponden a Oniscodesmidae a sustrato, Arctiidae_morfo1 a rizoma, Sierolomorphidae_morfo1 a estípite y Coniopterygidae a fronda. Por otra parte, la organización trófica exhibió la presencia de varios gremios como predadores, parasitoides, descomponedores, entre otros, que son esenciales en las dinámicas ecosistémicas. Finalmente, esta investigación amplió la información de la artropofauna asociada a éste pteridofito, en el área de estudio y a nivel nacional, además de generar estrategias para la conservación del Bosque alto andino.Arthropods interacting with the plants of several ways. This research established the association between the arthropods and four Blechnum’s subsections, present in high Andean forest of the ecological park Matarredonda-Cundinamarca, using six methods of collection among months November-December 2015 and January-February2016. 3292 individuals, distributed in 182 taxa were collected. It is also proposed a new species for the family Ochyroceratidae. Subsequently, there were analyzed richness, relative abundance, population densities, Shannon’s diversity (H’), Pielou’s evenness (J’), Simpson’s dominance index, establishing that the most abundant classes of arthropods corresponded to Insecta (1768), Arachnida (749) and Collembola (658), where the dominant taxa were Phoridae, Entomobrydae_morfo1 and Hypogastruridae_morfo1. In addition, the estimators chao1 and chao2 indicate that the effectiveness of sampling was high (84.17% and 82.02%, respectively). In terms of dominance, this was low (0.033), high diversity (4.16) and high evenness (0.80), indicating that the fern contains multiple microhabitats available for arthropods. Principal component analysis (PCA) showed a variation of two thrown components 100%, indicating that there is an association between individuals and the plant. In addition, multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) showed the possible specificity of taxa to the specific structure of the plant, some cases of exclusive partnership correspond to Oniscodesmidae substrate, Arctiidae_morfo1 Rhizome, Sierolomorphidae_morfo1 to Stipe and Coniopterygidae to frond. On the other hand, the trophic organization showed the presence of several guilds such as predators, parasitoids, decomposers, among others, which are essential in the dynamic ecosystem. Finally, this research expanded the information of the arthropods associated with Blechnum, in the study area and nationwide, as well as generating strategies for the conservation of the high Andean forest
