Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como finalidad analizar el impacto de tomar en consideración la teoría de los estilos de aprendizaje planteados por Honey y Mumford, en el aprendizaje y la enseñanza de la física, a través de una estrategia de enseñanza. Este trabajo se realizó con un aula regular en un curso de grado once de un colegio público de Bogotá. Fue de tipo compuesta, cuantitativa en la identificación de los estilos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en donde se empleó el cuestionario Honey-Alonso y cualitativa en el ingreso al campo para la toma y análisis de datos mediante las técnicas de análisis de discurso.
