Development of a model for a home health care scheduling and routing problem for the company Remeo Medical Services S.A.S

En la actualidad se ha venido presentando un fenómeno de crecimiento en la atención de pacientes en sus domicilios, por tal razón, se ha extendido en la literatura el Home Health Care Routing and Scheduling Problem (HHCRSP), el cual es tratado ampliamente por el área conocida como investigación de operaciones. En el presente proyecto se lleva a cabo el desarrollo de un modelo de programación matemática específico para un caso de estudio particular en una empresa del sector salud, que sin embargo tiene el potencial de llegar a ser replicable para otro tipo de situaciones similares. La base de la formulación se centra en el problema de asignación tradicional y el problema del agente viajero (TSP).Today has been growing the health care of patients in their own homes, for this reason, the Health Care Routing and Scheduling Problem has been extended in the literature, which is widely studied by the area known as operations research. In this article, is developed a specific mathematical programming model that is carried out for a particular case of study in a health care company, which has the potential to become replicable for other similar situations.
