Fårö is an island in the Baltic Sea, north of the island of Gotland. Swedish film director Ingmar Bergman established his residence there, and he would shoot on the island some of the most important films of his filmography. What follows is the result of a trip to the creative epicenter of one of the most important filmmakers in history.
