International audienceA French secondary school teacher is committed to the inclusion of adolescents with intellectual disabilities, and aligning her beliefs with her inclusion practices is by no means obvious. She nevertheless succeeds with the support of a school adaptation system at her college, and the results of our field survey, which took the form of a socio-anthropological approach centered on the case study, help to better understand how and why the support she receives from this system allows her to align her beliefs and practices in terms of inclusion.
