The proposed research seeks to evaluate the profitability of the economic production through the cost-benefit analysis of specialty coffees of the Tabí variety under an agroforestry system in the Perijá mountain range in the municipality of Manaure - Cesar, taking into account that one of the factors that most affects this sector is to know the profitability of each production, due to the fact that coffee growers do not manage, have no control and follow-up of the productive activity, therefore, they have no knowledge of how to control and reduce the costs that are generated in the production of coffee.
