M.Phil.In view of the apparent powerful effect of a person's thinking on his life, the overarching aim of this study is to determine to what extent positive thinking is a condition for physical health. The average layman doesn't know if and how his thinking has an effect on his physical health. In today's society so many people suffer from serious health problems, without even knowing that the way they think about matters could, to a great extent, contribute towards these problems.
