As a difficult-to-process material, Inconel718 nickel-based superalloy is more and more widely used in aerospace, ocean navigation, and large-scale machinery manufacturing. Based on ABAQUS simulation software, this paper takes the milling force and temperature in the milling process of the nickel-based superalloy as the research object, and establishes the empirical formula for the prediction model of cutting force and cutting temperature based on the method of multiple linear regression. The significance of the prediction model was verified by the residual analysis method.
