However, the dynamics of dryland vegetation under climate variability and extreme events have not been as thoroughly investigated as in other ecosystems. Spaceborne solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) provide a fresh means to evaluate vegetation photosynthetic activity and detect vegetation stress.
