Over the last years, urban agriculture has developed and now needs to address the question of metal pollution often present in urban soils. Growing vegetables on these soils can lead to health risks, because pollutants enter food chains. In this study, we assessed new approaches for the decontamination of polluted sites, and their reconversion as sites suitable for urban agriculture.More specifically, this thesis deals with two independent experiments, one conducted in situ, the other conducted ex situ.
