IntroductionMultiparameter flow cytometry (FCM) immunophenotyping is an important tool in the diagnostic screening and classification of primary immunodeficiencies (PIDs). The EuroFlow Consortium recently developed the PID Orientation Tube (PIDOT) as a universal screening tool to identify lymphoid-PID in suspicious patients.
