Protein glycosylation governs key physiological and pathological processes in human cells. Aberrant glycosylation is thus closely associated with disease progression. Mass spectrometry (MS)-based glycoproteomics has emerged as an indispensable tool for investigating glycosylation changes in biological samples with high sensitivity.
