The Camel Site (near Sakaka in al-Jawf Province, Saudi Arabia) is a unique rock‐art site in the Near East and its life-sized animal reliefs are amongst the oldest in the world. It was first recorded in 2016, after it was reported by Hussain Al‐Khalifah, the former local representative of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) in the Jawf region (Charloux et al., 2018).
