Cultural heritage and cultural planning are a strategic territorial resource for development, they involve local actors (public and private legal entities) in territorial governance to open up new possibilities for constructive interconnections between systems. The study wants to analyze how the logic of cultural planning can bear and promote sustainable development for the protection and enhancement of the cultural and natural resource without hardly marking the layout of the assets.
