Interaction is the forever tool in the nursing application. It benefits and facilities both patient and nurse relationship. Nurses play an important role in using knowledge of communication and development theory to enhance the growth of the quality relationship. The purpose of the thesis is to conduct a narrative literature review and suggest effective communication methods for nurses when interacting with older people suffering from memory disorders.
