Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi overall fairness perception terhadap hubungan antara organizational justice dengan organizational citizenship behaviour dan psychological ownership serta pengaruhnya terhadap budgetary slack. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada responden melalui link google form. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 88 responden yang merupakan manajer perusahaan di Indonesia yang terlibat dalam penyusunan anggaran. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji PLS menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.
